What’s up everyone. I discovered this new training equipment while attending the Mr. Olympia 2008 Expo. I will be ordering it this week and will be posting my thoughts on this training equipment. As always i welcome your input if you already have one one of these burn machine and how it did or didn’t improve your training.

ProElite, Inc., parent company of Elite Xtreme Combat, is throwing in the towel on mixed martial arts.

Several sources MMAWeekly.com spoke to said notifications had been sent out on Monday informing managers that the company was ceasing its fight promotion operations by the end of this week and it had begun the process of letting its employees go. BISPING ANNOUNCED AS ULTIMATE FIGHTER 9 COACH

It was already all but a foregone conclusion considering that The Ultimate Fighter Season 9 is set to feature a team of U.S. fighters competing against their U.K. counterparts, but UFC president Dana White on Saturday night officially announced that British middleweight Michael Bisping would coach the contingent from England.
